Master Terms of Service

1.1 By accessing the Site you confirm you are at least 21 years of age.

1.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ascora LLC DBA PeptoraX.

1.3 By passing the age verification gate you confirm you are 21+ and agree to these Terms.

1.4 PeptoraX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

2.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

2.3 PeptoraX may terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms.

2.4 You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3.1 All Site content is the exclusive property of Ascora LLC and protected by US and international intellectual property laws.

3.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any Site content without prior written consent.

3.3 The PeptoraX name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Ascora LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

4.1 You agree not to: (a) use the Site unlawfully; (b) attempt unauthorized access; (c) transmit harmful content; (d) scrape the Site; (e) misrepresent your identity; (f) interfere with Site operations.

5.1 THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

6.1 Third-party links are for convenience only. Company not responsible for third-party content or practices.

7.1 This Site is intended primarily for US-based qualified researchers. International users access at their own risk and are solely responsible for local law compliance.

7.2 EU, UK, and other international users expressly agree that these Terms and all disputes are governed by Texas law, resolved by arbitration in Houston, Texas.

8.1 All products for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research only. NOT for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical purposes.

8.2 Covers all products including peptide compounds, laboratory supplies, and Bacteriostatic Water for laboratory reconstitution only.

8.3 No products are FDA approved for human or veterinary use.

8.4 Ascora LLC operating as PeptoraX: research chemical and laboratory supply company only. NOT a 503A compounding pharmacy. NOT a 503B outsourcing facility.

8.5 No research outcome warranty. Company makes no representation that any product will produce any particular result in any research application.

8.6 No affiliate representations. No representations by any affiliate, partner, or third-party promoter constitute part of this Agreement or any Company warranty.

9.1 By purchasing you certify: (a) 21+; (b) qualified researcher or laboratory professional; (c) purchasing for legitimate in-vitro research only; (d) will NOT use for human or animal consumption; (e) will comply with all applicable laws; (f) not purchasing for consumer resale; (g) providing false information may violate federal and state law.

10.1 No health claims. No claims that products treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Educational only.

10.2 Purity. >99% purity verified via HPLC and mass spectrometry. CoA per batch with every order.

10.3 Shipping address. Buyer solely responsible for accurate shipping address. Company not liable for orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect Buyer-provided address information.

10.4 Pricing. Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Price charged is price at time of order placement.

10.5 No liability for misuse. Company disclaims all liability for harm from misuse.

11.1 Primary payment method is Zelle. Payment required before order processing.

11.2 Send exact order total to hello@peptoraxlab.com via Zelle with your name and order items in the note. Orders begin processing immediately upon payment confirmation and cannot be cancelled after payment is sent.

11.3 Orders processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

11.4 Billing descriptor. Charges may appear as PEPTORAX or ASCORA LLC. Contact hello@peptoraxlab.com before initiating any dispute.

11.5 No recurring billing. Company does not charge recurring or subscription fees unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

11.6 Chargeback policy. Buyer must contact hello@peptoraxlab.com before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Failure to contact Company first constitutes material breach. Fraudulent chargebacks allow Company to pursue recovery of full disputed amount plus all associated fees and legal costs.

12.1 All sales final. Refunds only for: (a) damaged products — photo evidence within 48 hours; (b) incorrect product received — reported within 48 hours; (c) order not received within 21 days of payment.

12.2 All refund requests to hello@peptoraxlab.com within 7 days of delivery or 21 days of payment for non-delivered orders.

12.3 Approved refunds within 10 business days via original payment method.

12.4 No physical product returns accepted.

13.1 Company not liable for delays or failures from circumstances beyond its control including regulatory actions, supplier disruptions, acts of God, pandemics, government orders, or shipping failures. Company will offer fulfillment when possible or full refund.

14.1 You agree to indemnify Ascora LLC, its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from: your use of the Site; your breach of these Terms; your misuse of any product; your violation of any law; any fraudulent payment dispute or chargeback.

15.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASCORA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

15.2 TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

16.1 Governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

16.2 Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Houston, Texas under AAA rules.

16.3 You waive any right to class action participation.

16.4 Any claim must be brought within 2 years of the event giving rise to it.
