We stand behind every vial we ship. Because peptides are temperature-sensitive research material, our return policy is narrow and quality-focused.
Returns and replacements are only eligible if the product does not meet our published quality standard — for example, a vial that fails its stated purity, arrives compromised (broken seal, cracked glass, or thawed beyond spec), or does not match the Certificate of Analysis included with the order.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, ordering the wrong compound, reconstituted vials, or vials stored outside recommended conditions after delivery. All sales of opened or reconstituted product are final.
Email support@peptoraxlab.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the vial, packaging, and included CoA. Our QA team reviews every claim within 2 business days.
Approved claims receive a free replacement shipped cold-chain at our expense, or a full refund to the original payment method — your choice.
